ABOUT jaime
Jaime Brackeen is a creative director, writer, production designer, costumer, and stylist. Her passion is in combining her aesthetic interests with her comedic background — she spent four years studying improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and performing as a standup comic before realizing she felt more creatively fulfilled working behind the scenes.
Her advertising journey began back in college as an intern at boutique agency Planet Propaganda while finishing her degree in Journalism & Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Then she cut her teeth as a primetime news producer in Wilmington, NC before moving out to L.A.
Jaime is incredibly passionate about working sustainably, and also ran her own vintage resale business, Le Fauve Vtg. for several years. She often uses her access to rag houses to source wardrobe and props secondhand whenever possible, and to look fabulous for any occasion.
She also makes music under the artist name Le Fauve.
Check out her music video and accompanying digital zine for the riot grrrl-inspired song “Leave Me Alone” here and here. Or listen to the full catalog wherever you stream music.
Jaime is based in Los Angeles, CA. For business inquiries, please contact her.
